I made a picture video and did all the savings that I was told to do, but it would not upload into my blog. I tried several times, but it will not work.
if you did a PhotoStory be sure you saved it as .wmv then you can upload to Blogger. .wmv IS a saving choice on the screen where you save the project. Once it is saved that way, then use the video button on the post box toolbar in Blogger.
